How do you provide trial translation services?
We can provide our client with a free trial translation of about 300 words at the professional level.
-
How do you guarantee your translation quality?
Our translation team is made up of senior translators and editors (including revisers/reviewers/proofreaders). They all have qualifications and over a decade of experience in translation, with 80% of them holding master’s degrees or higher.
Our translators are required to have relevant education and work background and must pass our rigorous selection process.
-
Why do translation prices vary a lot with the types of documents?
Translation is affected to different extents by factors such as the difficulty and quality of the source text, the purposes and audiences of the target text, clients’ standards, and industry standards. These factors have different weights in the translation of different types of documents. So, document types determine translation difficulty. As translation difficulty is usually in direct proportion to translation prices, they vary naturally with the types of documents.
-
How do you define different translation levels?
Before a translation project starts, the first thing is to determine its difficulty, creation background and usage scenario. These are our major considerations for translator arrangement.
-
What if the content of my document is modified later?
Before translating any document, we will ask you whether or not the content needs revision. In order to avoid unnecessary time waste, we will try to start the translation when the document is confirmed as the final draft.
Of course, any document may be revised later unexpectedly. In such case, please mark the modified content (deletion and addition) with traces. For the translated content you need to delete, we charge the fees according to the number of words; for the newly added content, fees are charged at the standard rate; for the untranslated content that you need to delete, no fee is charged.
If you have no revisions to the source text, we provide a lifetime free warranty for the target text.
-
How do you keep my confidential documents confidential?
Before receiving your sensitive documents regarding intellectual property rights and trade secrets, or other kinds of special documents , we will sign a confidentiality agreement with you. After receiving your documents, we will encrypt them and keep them secret. We will create an encrypted folder for you, replace specific names with codes, and set different security levels according to confidentiality regulations. We have different transmission and communication methods. For example, in mail transmission, we will compress all the documents into an encrypted package, send it to you, and timely message you the password. In network disk transmission, the password for the encrypted documents will also be sent to you separately for security reasons. In particular circumstances, the manual transmission will come into play. We will copy the documents to a U disk and take it to your office.
After the project is finished, or when both parties’ contractual obligations are fulfilled, or within a time specified by you, we will use special tools to delete your documents permanently to prevent professional recovery.

Our special seal for translation has been filed with the Public Security Bureau.

How do you charge for your translation services?
Considering the languages, difficulty degrees, usage requirements and budgets of documents, we provide translation services at five levels: reference, standard, professional, publication, and native. The choice of these levels is based on your specific needs and our evaluation of your document. The unit price of translations for Chinese-involved language pairs is for a thousand Chinese characters (without spaces), and that of translations for otherlanguage pairs is for a thousand English words.
-
How do you charge for your interpretation services?
Our interpretation services fall into three categories: accompanying interpretation, consecutive interpretation, and simultaneous interpretation. The prices vary with languages and interpretation levels. For example, the charge for simultaneous interpretation includes the expense of simultaneous interpretation equipment. Other costs may be involved in the interpretation process too. Therefore, the charges are determined based on the interpretation content. You are requested to contact our business specialist for details.

One-time consumers: A down payment of 60% of the total is paid after the signing of the agreement; the remaining 40% is paid after the completion and acceptance of the translation.
Long-term partners: Large continuing projects can be paid on a monthly basis. Once these projects are completed, the project list is submitted to the partners at the beginning of the next month.
